Choose the recording route before ordering the camera, including any supported card and optional service you actually need.
A low camera price may not include the storage or features shown in a demonstration. Decide whether you want live viewing, local recording or a supported cloud service, then compare the exact model's current options.
Tapo C120 and Aqara E1 have their own card requirements, recording settings and service terms. Do not assume a subscription is required for every function, or that every advertised function is included without one.
Ask what happens to your chosen recording method when the network or power is unavailable. Keep any answer model-specific. A clear storage plan prevents the disappointment of discovering after installation that the part you wanted needs a different purchase.
Before you order
- Choose live view and recording requirements separately.
- Check supported card specifications and service terms.
- Review the documented power and network behaviour.
A useful next step
Compare camera, storage and optional service as a complete package.
