A condominium entrance may be subject to building rules and requirements attached to its door assembly. A lock that looks suitable in an online photograph can still be inappropriate for the permitted work. Ask the responsible building party for the relevant requirements before selecting a model.
U100 replaces specified hardware where its fit conditions are met. U200 is a different retrofit proposition and needs its own cylinder or deadbolt, clearance and controller review. Neither approach should be described as automatically acceptable because it is sold for residential use.
