Buy a representative pilot package and its acceptance work before committing to the full building schedule.
A successful display is not yet a repeatable residential package. Use a door type, network arrangement and room layout that resemble the homes being delivered. Identify the differences that will remain across units before deciding that one device list applies everywhere.
A U100, compatible hub and selected leak-sensor points can form a focused pilot. Include door-fit review, network placement, battery access and an agreed sensor response. Keep construction accounts separate from the future resident's ownership rather than allowing the demonstration setup to become permanent by accident.
The purchase decision comes after the pilot walkthrough: ordinary entry, the agreed alert, a manual fallback and account transfer. Ask for a per-home list and a clear exception process. That turns the next order into a controlled repetition of a defined scope instead of a larger version of an attractive demonstration.
Before you order
- Choose a genuinely representative unit.
- Record door and network variations.
- Test resident account handover.
A useful next step
Request one pilot package with acceptance and handover deliverables shown separately.
