State which equipment is demonstration-only, what can be purchased and how the display is removed or transferred.
Use a small lighting or curtain scene to make a property presentation understandable. Keep the controls simple enough for the presenting team to repeat. Do not imply that a temporary display proves the whole property already has a commissioned smart-home system.
Make ownership visible in the staging agreement and equipment record. If the display will be removed, explain that before a viewer builds an expectation around it. If a purchaser wants to keep it, the configuration and handover need a separate review.
Plan reset and removal so personal accounts and temporary access do not remain behind. A staging partner can introduce useful product interest without manufacturing a completed-project story or mixing presentation inventory with the permanent equipment promised in a transaction.
Before you order
- Mark display-only and permanent equipment separately.
- Agree removal or transfer responsibilities.
- Keep temporary accounts out of the eventual handover.
