Offer a complete candidate configuration instead of advertising a sensor as though it works alone.
A leak-sensor display becomes more convincing when the customer can see what receives the alert. Identify the supported hub, the notification route and the person expected to respond. The sensor itself does not close a water valve or dispatch a maintenance team.
Keep the hub and setup assumptions visible in the equipment list. If a buyer already owns a compatible hub, confirm its exact model and requested functions before removing that line. A brand name or an existing app icon is not a compatibility check.
For dealers, this is also a useful way to avoid awkward price comparisons. Explain the complete purchase required for the stated behaviour, then distinguish optional additions. A transparent bundle can sell more effectively than a low headline amount followed by unexpected accessories.
Before you order
- List the receiving hub and alert route.
- Check any hub the customer already owns.
- Separate required components from optional additions.
