Choose C120 for a location with the documented wired USB power and reliable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
A compact camera can look easy to place anywhere. C120 is not a battery or PoE camera, so its proposed position needs a real power plan as well as the desired view.
Check the manufacturer's installation and environmental instructions for the device, adapter and cable arrangement. Do not assume that every connected part can share the camera's exposure conditions. Keep service access sensible.
A slightly different camera position with a neat, supported power route may be better than the most dramatic viewing angle with a cable stretched across daily use. If no suitable wired supply can be arranged, choose a different product category instead of improvising.
