Configuration & approach
Project scope
A common equipment register was prepared for one Canadian and one US home, while keeping accounts, regional models and CA / CAD versus US / USD references distinct, with defined alert recipients and remote-maintenance arrangements.
Each home retains its regional equipment and account configuration. Cross-border viewing and maintenance permissions are set by client authorization, without merging currencies or ignoring model differences.

Installers · Lock selection and door-fit support package
Lock-selection and door-fit materials were organized for installers, covering fit decisions, common door-treatment methods, unusual-door escalation, batch stock preparation and after-sales responsibilities.
Naming rules, scene layers and acceptance use cases were organized into a consistent cross-brand commissioning workflow, supported by checks, handover documents and customer training materials.
Equipment registers, firmware and battery cycles, account-ownership changes and annual inspection documents were maintained for delivered projects, with record summaries for ongoing maintenance and client review.
