01Townhome community handover
New community in Ontario · 24 homes
A consistent smart-entry specification for 24 homes, combining an Aqara U100 lock, door and window sensing, and an entry-lighting scene in each home. Equipment, account ownership and resident instructions were organized by unit.
18Keyless guesthouse check-in
Whole-building guesthouse
Time-bound lock access, arrival and departure code changes, and separate cleaning access were organized for a whole-building guesthouse, with exceptional-entry alerts and backup-key records.
24Retail-store security combination
Retail entrances and stockroom
Tapo C120 entrance coverage, stockroom contact sensing and presence sensing formed a store-security configuration with closing arming, alert-duty arrangements and recording-location and retention rules.
