Keep representative rail samples and a measurement sheet next to the motor demonstration.
A motor moving smoothly on your showroom rod proves very little about an unknown track at home. Ask the buyer to identify the rail profile, brackets, joints and curtain opening arrangement. Photographs should include the areas where the motor will travel, not only the attractive front view.
Display the exact motor variant and explain what would change for a different rail. Curtain weight, resistance and obstructions belong in the conversation. If the buyer wants two panels moving from the centre, the equipment count also needs to follow that physical arrangement.
Offer a compatibility check before taking an order for an unfamiliar rail. It is better to hold a small selection of demonstrated variants than to imply that one universal box covers every curtain. Add hubs or solar accessories only when their purpose is clear.
Before you order
- Label each demonstrated rail and motor variant.
- Photograph brackets, joints and end stops.
- Count moving panels before calculating equipment.
