List the requested behaviour by room before calculating the equipment order.
Name each affected room and describe its everyday task: reading, desk work, circulation or an evening scene. Identify existing fixtures and controls. A room with several light fittings may not need the same approach as a room with one plug-in lamp.
Give each proposed device a reason tied to that task. A presence sensor needs a suitable position and power arrangement; a smart bulb needs the right fitting and a sensible wall-control plan. Do not copy one quantity across rooms that only share a floor-plan label.
Review the schedule with the customer before procurement. Mark rooms excluded from the current phase and retain a manual operating method. This lets the customer reduce or expand scope intelligently instead of judging value only from the total number of products.
