Compare complete configurations and work scope, not only the named main product.
Check whether the quote includes the required controller, power arrangement, mounting parts and the correct device variant. A curtain motor shown without the hub needed for the requested integration is not the same proposal as a complete candidate configuration.
Ask which customer-owned equipment has been assumed. If an existing controller is being reused, identify it and verify the functions required. Avoid removing an accessory from the cheaper offer merely because another quote did not explain why it was there.
Then compare installation review, setup, testing and handover as separate lines. The purpose is not to make every proposal larger; it is to make the differences visible. A buyer can choose a simpler package confidently when they understand exactly which functions and work it leaves out.
Before you order
- Compare controllers and required power components.
- Verify any assumed customer-owned hardware.
